When students are ‘acting out’ (throwing tantrums, yelling, swearing, breaking things), or ‘acting in’ (withdrawing, refusing to respond, walking away), they are in the part of their brain that is not going to help them to respond to you.

In this webinar we will explore the reasons students might be more reptilian brain than thinking mind, particularly those who have adverse childhood experiences relating to complex trauma and how to create a space for them to become more thinking mind.
